"Great location, staff were so helpful. We had trouble using Bolt and front desk lady, Oumayma, gave her number so she could call a cab for us everytime we needed one. Only thing is I wish they would put the AC on in the room before arrival so it is cool already. Had to wait 30 to 45 mins to get room somewhat cooled down. Eventually it was fine but after travelling all day, this one thing would have been a great touch."

"It’s a great hotel. Great big rooms. Great place to stay if you want to be in the Medina. Staff is great. It’s important to hire transport from the from and to the airport if you have big bags. Since no taxis or private transfers cannot get in front of the hotel"

"The hotel was in a great location which made exploring Tunis easy. I appreciated that it is a historical hotel that was a British embassy for over 350 years. The decore is unique Neo Moorish. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable."
