"Loved EVERYTHING about the location BUT the beds was made of springs and no mattress. There was not any thing between the springs and the sheets. Loved the room changes BUT hated that couch that looked like it was called in to duty from the 60s. It should have been replaced before it was bought. They said it was the pullout bed. NO that thing wasn't even good to sit on as a couch. The walls used to have sound proof between the outside and inside, now it is hallow and LOUD! Before once the door was closed you couldnt hear the hallway or even the ocean. Now you hear even the next room like you was in the room with them. The rooms looked clean but needed to be matching at least to the window cover or artwork. So disappointed in how it looked. Housekeeping and front office was GREAT help, nice, and smiled. Those rooms smelled great!"

"No running water when we first got there. Then no hot water till the second day. House keeping never came in to collect the towels or garbage. "

"The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming or nice unfortunately. One took my i.d and then argued “she did not have it” when she in fact did, and ended up giving it back. We saw a roach in our room the second night we stayed. The pool tables they advertised online are ran down and the pool sticks are broken with no tips on them. It wasn’t an absolute horrible stay as my kid enjoyed the water park, but i definitely wouldn’t spend the money i spent to stay here again. "

"Been here 23 of the last 31 years. Came in for bike week. Last 3 years couldn’t park trailer on site. Even mentioned it at the front desk. Woke up Thursday morning to find 3 large bike trailers parked at the property. Was a little disappointed to say the least. But overall great place to stay. "

"This has always been our favorite resort. Friendly staff! Security was tentative and observing. High 5 for them! Also, maintenance guys were always doing something. High 5 for them! Lately the place is looking shady and outdated though. Carpets in room need to be replaced. Curtains need to be washed and refreshed. Lack of staff or lazy staff? There should be someone that controls the jacuzzies. Can't really relax when a couple is engaging in inappropriate behavior, indecent exposure with kids around. Come on, go to your room! I believe the hotel manager should take a good look around and ask yourself would I stay here? Overall, the place is nice and it's a shame to see this place going downhill. Would we stay again? Chances are we'll go elsewhere."

"If this is great place, especially if you have a family. Everything you can want to make your stay easier in the unit, Washer dryer, dryer, dishwasher stove microwave nice size refrigerator. Close to beach."
