"Had an amazing vacation! The hotel was in a great location and had wonderful ammenities. The garden view rooms are in a horrible location. Our room overlooked the the roof of the bell hop stand. Very underwhelming. Aside from that the property is fantastic!"

"The rooms and amenities are great, view is great too. But we got an additional charge of $50 for snack bar, and when I called to verify, they simply said they mistakenly put $50 for a $10 chocolate. And I got a refund of $29 I don’t know why. And they said no sorry at all, and are like you should thank me for that refund. I like the stay overall, but it’s just too much trivia you need to worry about."

"The rooms were clean. My only comment is because the breakfast area is open air, there were a lot of birds (and droppings) on chairs/tables. Overall a good hotel that had the conveniences of home (kitchen, laundry, gym)."

"Be sure to check the location of the unit you reserve. We hadn’t done so and had to climb two flights of stairs. No elevator. Not a big deal for most, but some senior citizens might have an issue. Housekeeping offered every third day which was nice, but we had to vacate the unit from 9am until noon on those days. Very close to the Shops at Wailea which was great."

"This is a super nice adult only hotel. Nice and quiet. Staff is wonderful. On point. Hotel car service is excellent with luxury cars available. The room is nice. Large and spacious. My only critique is that the restaurant has a limited menu. But selection is great. Highly recommend."

"This penthouse was simply amazing! We are a family of 5 (3 kids of 9-11-13 yo) and we had more than enough space. We quickly felt at home and everyone felt good in the penthouse whenever we would take breaks from the sun. It was very well stocked, beyond our expectations. Pool and beach were easily accessible , and the service for beach chairs was super! The whole resort was very clean and it was pleasant to walk around the resort (beautiful pathways). We also enjoyed walking on the Wailea Beach Pathway, which is just a few minutes away. What an amazing walk with beautiful views. I also spent a lot of time reading on the Lanai, which was always very peaceful. A special thank you also for the host and the housekeeping team who made sure I could retrieve my daughter’s forgotten hoodie after our departure. Overall, we couldn’t have wished any better for a rental! We would definitely stay there again. Mahalo"
