"The room was very clean. The staff that checked me in was very professional and kind!!! I will always choose this hotel when I’m your city!"

"The heat in our first room did not work. We requested assistance and were informed that there are no maintenance personnel available. She would contact her manager to receive approval to check it out herself. We left for dinner and stopped at the desk upon our return. She informed us it was fixed. It was not. The room was 62 degrees, although the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. I called back downstairs and informed her that the heat was still not working. She called her manager again, who finally approved our move to another room. The water pressure in the sink is low, but it's not an issue in the shower."
