I wish there was a bar area to sit at and meet other travelers, but they did have a small bar set up in the lobby and there are comfortable areas to sit at. They are able to help you with tour information. The breakfast is amazing!"

"Nice stay and great room, but definitely more 4 stars than 5! No gym, no heated pool(s) and service could be better. Staff were nice, but we didn’t get any information about the area or available activities. Also the restaurant was closed for 2 nights for private event - which is fine, but then the hotel should do something for their other guests. We had to complain before we got a gesture with free food. Acceptable with 4 stars, but not 5."
