The LV Premier Troia is a superb 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom balcony apartment, located in a contemporary building with private swimming pool in a private condominium in Troia. The property is located less than 400 meters from the beach, or approx a 8 min walk. It features AC and heating, comes with premium bedding and high quality towels, and of course free WiFi throughout. The building has an elevator, and though the apartment is located on the ground floor, it is accessible for people with reduced mobility. The bedroom has a king size bed, and there is a double sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the city Setúbal is a 15 min away by ferry boat, with many more choices of restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment. Comporta village is less than 15 away by car with again more choices of beaches, restaurants, the Rice museum and more.
Enjoy the more than 25km of uninterrupted sand bar with lots of nearly desert beaches. This property mixes comfortable, fully equipped accommodation, access to exclusive areas of Troia, desert beaches and is guaranteed to provide a relaxing holiday.
