This venue is being mis-sold as a hotel, but it is not. It is a family holiday village subletting private bungalows with personal objects of the owners. Also, four star services basically inexistant - no restaurants or bar open after 7 when we were there for one night. Totally overpriced for what it is. Only positive is the beach...

Friendly staff and wonderful location. Excellent swimming ppol facilities and easy access to very good beaches (but you need your own umbrella, there are none for rent). Above-average food at the two restaurants. On the negative side, there is a Pestana A to Z document claiming that every room has A/C. The very expensive 3-bedroom house we rented had only two rooms with A/C, so our youngest had to sleep on the floor of our room. When we complained in writing that they should only charge us for a 2-bedroom house, they sent a technician to fix the non-existent A/C. Less important: our mattress was lumpy, the toilet paper was the cheap, 1-ply abrasive type, and there was no conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom; for the price we paid we expected more.

nothing was as per Expedia pictures - no fireplace in the villa, no view (we could see the highway and a wall) and to top it all off the indoor swimming pool was closed as it’s low season (which I wish we had been informed about as that’s why we picked this place) so overall not very happy. In addition the staff were not very helpful - wouldn’t let us extend check in even by 30 minutes (again it’s low season) Plenty other places in Tróia that are much better.

Excellent location . Able to walk to the ferry for Setúbal and 10-15 minutes to Comporta village. The beach is spectacular.

Tolle Unterkunft - offen, hell und mit guter zimmeraufteilung. Terasse mit Sonnenuntergang :) Kurzer Weg zum Pool. Einzig die Ausstattung: kein Spülmittel, Spültuch, Geschirrspüler-Tabs, Kaffee - alles Kleinigkeiten, aber diese runden eine tolle Unterkunft ab. Auch die Instandhaltung der Sonnenschirme und Dusche am Pool ist zu verbessern.

The beach is very nice The villas have no privacy as built on top of each other like a camping ground. The photos expedia were not of the rented villa and actually susbtantially different so very disappointing. We also had to leave at 11am on Sunday, fine those are the rules, but by 17h no one had been at the property not even cleaning staff... unlikely to return

Muito ruim. Não vale a pena!!
O lugar é lindo, mas a falta de limpeza e o serviço ruim conseguem estragar. Embaixo da cama havia uma espessa camada de pó. Todos na casa ficaram com alergia devido ao excesso de pó. O serviço é muito ruim. Pouca opção de comida no restaurante. Pedimos a limpeza todos dias e isso não aconteceu, assim como as trocad de toalhas solicitadas era necessária relembrar sempre.

Erst nach Beschwerde bekamen wir die Unterkunft wie gebucht. Lage in der Nebensaison nicht so günstig, da die geöffneten Restaurants weiter entfernt waren.
