"The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kindly helped me by carrying my luggage since my room was on the second floor. Room was cleaned nicely. The location is nearby a free shuttle stop and bus to central area. They don’t have on site reception but I could see some staffs doing their work and they helped me to checkout with causing no extra hassle. The atmosphere was warm and cozy."

"The room was a small room with a musty bathroom. It was grand for just one night. It was centrally located - in an annex of the hotel where the reception was. The view was of the overgrown yard space. You are paying to stay on Mont Saint Michel not for luxurious surroundings. Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was good and plentiful. Parking was a mystery - we were told to go to a hotel on the mainland to get instructions about our hotel location but no advice was given about how to access the mainland hotel parking area where you need a code for the barrier to lift. They did not answer the phone. Do bring water for your hotel room as there is none available. "
