"We love this location for walking along the river and getting to everything in Dayton. The free breakfast is better than most and the staff are so kind and helpful.

"Very nice. Decorated beautifully.beds were fantastic! Does have 19 steps to the inside in our unit for upstairs. It was nice the bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and bathroom were on the same level.Thank you for the approval for the booking. "

"Pictures posted do not show outside. Property was not in a nice area. A side door was wedged closed with a 2x4. There were missing windows on the back side of the property. We didn’t even go inside because the code wasn’t freely given. Tried to get a refund due to dissatisfaction but host denied the request, had to pay for a hotel. I will google earth properties going forward to avoid this situation."
