"They tried to double charge me for an extra day. If I hadn't been paying attention they would have gotten away with it so DEFINITELY check your bill!! Tub wouldn't drain. Poor water pressure. Had to take a luke warm shower day 1 as there was no hot water. Dried toothpaste on bathroom sink. Maids yelling in the hall early in the morning every day I was there. Their phones going off every few minutes. Banging on the door even though I did not request service. The beds are hard. The pillows are lumpy. Overall I would never stay here again. Front desk people were all great and very helpful. The only good thing about this place."

"The hotel was good, shuttle to airport great. I had two issues- the heat/ac unit was not working properly so the temp was chilly all night, blowing cold air all night and I could not turn it off either. Arriving late it was too late to bother with a room change late at night. Secondly, the temp control in the shower was sub par- I could only get lukewarm water. I was really looking for a hot shower after a cool night."

"THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Elisha and Eni are literally angels!! Our flight from DFW was cancelled. So we missed our checkin time by a long shot. They were so compassionate and accommodating. They allowed us to come anyway. We were exhausted. The hot tub and indoor pool is nice! Later, Lilly at the front desk was just as nice as Eni and Elisha. 10/10 recommend"
