"The property is in a great location! 1 block from the lake, quick drive to outlets and great escape! The pool could use a little maintenance but was in full use. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."
"Just went with my family of 3, including a 5 year old, for 3 nights. It was great! I thought it was well worth the money. Has a little cafe open each morning to buy breakfast - we enjoyed the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Indoor and outdoor pools which we didn't use but would have used if we got sick of the lake. Tiki Resort also has a bar which we didn't go to and a dinner show. The dinner show was very fun for kids. My son got up on stage to perform with them. The food in my opinion was not very good and for the price of everything all together, I don't think it was worth it. Delicious smoothies though! I like that Tiki is located closely to things. We did mostly drive and park in the village but if we wanted to, it would have been a 10 or so minute walk. Right across the street there is a bowling, arcade, kids jungle gym, and laser tag place which is nice for rainy weather or bad air quality. The staff were so nice and tremendously helpful. At first check in said 5 pm but when I did a pre-check, the email said 3 pm. When I got there, they told me they didn't know why it says 3 pm because 5pm is the correct time. Even though it was about 330 pm, they were still able to get us into a room right away. The rooms were nice. AC was strong and working well. Very clean. We got 2 queen beds. The bathroom worked for us and we appreciate the fridge + microwave. When we had to make a late night noise complaint 2 nights in a row, the staff took care of it immediately."
"This place is a hidden gem. Elegant lobby, contemporary upscale decor in the rooms, great food in the restaurant & pub, and an indoor pool - all for a reasonable price, in the center of Glens Falls, and not far from Lake George and attractions, if that's what you're looking for. We've stayed there twice, and will be back!"
"Overall, my family had a great experience. There were a few minor issues with the hotel amenities. The sink had a slow drain, the tv remote barely worked, the ice machine near us broke down. Minor issues. I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to get away. The hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the lazy river. The kids had fun in the arcades. The convenience of being across the street from the park and close to Lake George Village for a reasonable price. It was worth the stay."
"The staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The entire grounds has a resort like feel with beautiful flowers everywhere. The pool is a wonderful amenity. Everything is well maintained and clean. I’ve come back multiple times and I anticipate coming back again. I don’t have one single complaint about it."
"The rooms were basic but clean. Great playground for the kids and the covered swimming pool was a real plus. Also walkable to most places and a short ride to a lovely beach"
"the staff were friendly. I only have 2 complaints. The room refrigerator didn’t work, so the milk I had went bad.
And the morning “breakfast” that was offered consisted of Chewy granola bars & coffee…nothing else was offered.
Those aren’t “breakfast”, as it states on the package it is a SNACK.
I would’ve stayed elsewhere with my children had I known there wouldn’t be anything available for them.
Also, drug addicts were a bit…shady in the parking lot & pacing the walkways by my door. Made my kids very uneasy."
