In the heart of the artists' street, near the port and the historic district, the accommodation is ideally located to enjoy all the activities.

Nice little two-room apartment located in a small condominium near the port and the upper town. Composed of a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven and microwave, a living room and a real bedroom, our apartment is ideal for a couple. Access to the accommodation located on the -1 is via a fairly steep and narrow staircase which we do not recommend for young children.


Sheets are provided as well as towels and tea towels

Au coeur de Granville

Petit appartement douillet, bien aménagé pour un couple. Peu de vue sur l'extérieur, il faut sortir pour profiter de la ville (nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pendant notre séjour). L'étroitesse de l'escalier rend l'accès à l'appartement délicat. Merci à Valérie de nous avoir fait partager cet endroit.

Cocoon au cœur d une ville magnifique

Appartement spacieux, décoration harmonieuse, équipements de haute qualité, literie propre et confortable. L appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. Nous avons apprécié le linge de maison pour voyager léger, la disponibilité de Valérie la propriétaire. Je recommande chaleureusement ce nid douillet. Une attention particulière à Valérie qui a été a l écoute, ayant un goût du service et de l accueil qui fait la différence. Je reviendrai tres probablement chez Valérie car l appartement est tres bien et Belle ville ressourçante. Merci

Séjour Granville

Très bonnes vacances à Granville. Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé, à 3 min à pied de tous les points d’attraction ( commerces, plages, port, restaurants,...) Accueil soigné des propriétaires qui sont attachés à apporter de la sérénité à votre séjour.

A la porte de l'immeuble on se dit "ouh là là, la rue est bien passante" Dans le couloir : "Mais on descend, alors on loge au sous sol ?" La porte de l'appartement s'ouvre, stupeur : "Quel calme, quelle clarté" Tout est propre, et pour la cuisine, plein d'ustensiles. Hyper bien placé pour les promenades en bord de mer et dans la ville.

Un souci de l'accueil à faire pâlir d'autres propriétaires

Un appartement pour 2, particulièrement bien agencé et confortable. Proche des commodités du centre ville et du port sans les nuisances. Quartier historique à proximité. Nous avons trouvé sur place les ingrédients pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que les produits de base pour la cuisine. Linge de maison et de couchage étaient mis à disposition gracieusement. Un livret d'accueil précis et documenté couronne le tout. L'escalier d'accès reste le point délicat çar très pentu.

Excellente adresse

Pour la deuxième fois, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce lieu. Petite remarque, un deuxième jeu de clés serait bien venu pour ne pas dépendre l'un de l'autre pour la moindre sortie. D'autre part nous n'avons pu joindre personne lors de notre départ. Mais à part ça, tout a été parfait !
