Emplacement idéal en place centre de Granville avec une très belle vue sur mer qui correspond bien à la description. L'ensemble est assez spacieux et nous avons pu sans aucun problème utiliser la partie salle à manger, même le clic-clac déplié.Petit bémol : un bar se situe au pied de l'immeuble et la boite de nuit du casino n'est pas loin. L'ambiance est festive, ce qui est vraiment sympa, mais il peut y avoir un peu de bruit dans la rue la nuit...
