The Best Western Kent Narrows opened in 1990 as a Comfort Inn. It was the first hotel to open on Kent Narrows. Now, the Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and recently, the Hyatt Place exist on Kent Narrows.

It is disappointing to read your review but I can assure everyone that we are not rundown and this review is based on guests who should have been kicked out of the hotel. The bars are a big part of our business but unfortunately it does have its share of unruly and unwanted guests.
