A charming, cozy condo right on historic Mill Street in the country setting of the Sierra foothills. Out the front door, walk two minutes and you are there! No transportation needed. Newly remodeled, sparkling clean in warm, rustic farmhouse decor. Patio seating and outdoor grill, dog friendly. You will be delighted at the convenience of having so many entertainment options all within walking distance of one half to three blocks. You will be pleased to take in four star restaurants, wine tasting, antiquing, shopping boutiques, going to the movies, live theater and street fairs throughout the year. Music and entertainment are big in the area so look up Center of the Arts. Do you need some down time? Stay in with the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen. The grocer, banks, spa, coffee house are steps away. For a more active time away you can enjoy hiking, biking, and swimming at the many scenic trails, rivers and lakes ten to thirty minutes away by car.

Perfect comfort

This was our second stay. Great location with easy walk to downtown. Shopping and eateries within minutes. Comfortable home with attention to detail like pillows for picky sleepers and a fabulous shower.

Perfect spot near everything

Wonderful Downtown Stay

Such a great spot! We stayed over the 4th of July. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay again! The check in and checkout process was seamless. Very responsive host and easy directions with parking right in front. Place was adorable as well! So clean and comfortable!

We love this truly cozy condo! It is walking distance from downtown and wonderful restaurants. The condo is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. My family was very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities in the home to meet all of our needs!

We Just Keep Coming Back to Cozy Condo

We love staying at the Cozy Condo. It’s cute with updated decor, plenty of room, and is always clean. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and is walking distance to the fun downtown. The Cozy Condo was very cozy. Quiet area and we loved that it was walkable to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Would definitely book this place again. Deidra is fast to respond. We had a problem with the lock and she was able to fix within an hour. Beds are cozy too.

Home away from home

We could not be happier with our stay in Grass Valley. The property was very clean, warm & welcoming. Charming decor, comfortable beds and all the amenities of home were offered. Our host even provided Starbucks K-cups for the Kuerig! The private outdoor patio was a bonus which allowed us time to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet peaceful setting. The location couldn’t be more perfect, just one block away from the downtown area yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend booking Cozy Condo you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Property, Perfect Location

The property is modern, comfortable, and well-decorated. Everything worked well and check-in was super easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and a block from main street. Restaurants, groceries, shops and parks are all within short walking distance. Lastly, the location provides great access to Grass Valley but also is a quick drive to many other small towns (Nevada City, etc.) and brilliant parks/hiking adventures. Grass Valley is a mix of tourists and locals but everyone was friendly and nice. I firmly recommend the property & the area for a visit!

The property was as presented in the listing. We were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well! It was very hot outside so air conditioning was a must. We liked being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. It was a very pleasant experience as an alternative to staying with family!

This place is amazing and the hosts thought of EVERYTHING!! It is beautifully decorated, has ALL the amenities, the “town central” is a 3-5 minute walk. We loved Grass Valley — full of local fare, cute shops, wine tasting and balsamic tastings. Beds super comfortable, a very spacious home. Hats off to the Hosts — they made our stay easy, comfortable, and fun. 😊

Easy and relaxing

This cozy condo is aptly named. Deirdre thought of everything guests would need to be comfortable. There is no guesswork with booking, arriving, staying and departing. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clothing and book stores no more than a 5-minute walk. Our first full day in Grass Valley it poured rain. Typically this is not what I’d want on a short getaway, but because of the coziness of the condo, it was a relaxing day and I’ll go back to this place often.

Three of us attended the KVMR Celtic Fair at Nevada County Fairgrounds (close by). Wonderful music; incredible rain! The condo was so welcoming and warm after our day at the Fair. We had everything we needed; and were pleased to have chosen this delightful condo. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Hoping to return soon.

It Truly is a. COZY CONDO!!

We were three adult family members staying for 5 nights. The condo was very clean, plenty of supplies including K-cups. The beds were more comfortable than home! The location is sooo walkable, from grocery store, to friendly bars and restaurants. We got to enjoy the Thursday Farm market, and a Car Show on Saturday. Availability of our host was immediate, answering on the first ring. If you ever have the pleasure of staying in Grass Valley, you will noy be disappointed with Cozy Condo Thank you Deidra !!
