Adorable stand alone cottage nestled among big cedars; it has a remote feel yet only 1 mile from downtown Nevada City. Surrounded by open space, you'll see plenty of birds and likely deer grazing nearby. From the loft you will gaze at stars and wake to the tree tops (perfect for kids big and small). Care has been taken to assure a non-toxic environment, including organic beds, sheets, towels, and cleaners. This little house charms with everything you need to feel at home away from home.

The property was clean and easy to access. The owners thought of everything one would need to get away. It felt private and peaceful. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends. Thank you!

Delightful location, close to town with easy access, cottage was very pleasant ( small but comfortable) and equipped with consideration for guest's needs. Hosts are friendly and readily available to assist guests. There are no closets to hang clothes...be sure to bring hangers as there are some hooks. I would suggest more hooks be placed in convenient places to hang clothes. Bathtub/shower is small and tight...no parties to be had in there! Would highly recommend. I will book in future .

Cute and clean tiny house
We really enjoyed our stay, and the tiny house had everything we needed. The backyard with chairs and table was great for morning coffee and relaxing. The host is lovely and it was nice chatting with her.

Very clean! Great location!
We had a good stay here. The one thing we were surprised about was that the tub wasn't a full size tub, it was short. Other than that, the place is very clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

Country Cabin Getaway
Cute modern cabin on the outskirts of Nevada City. Quiet rural location - we watched deer grazing out our window. It’s walkable to downtown Nevada City, but it’s about 1-1/2 miles each way and the first portion is along a country road with no shoulder or sidewalks. Very dog friendly - Deanna provided treats, bowls and a dog bed for our canine companions.

Great home base for outdoor adventures
My daughter and I stayed here for a few days of mountain biking and exploring the area. The cabin is great for two people, and the yard provides some much appreciated extra space for dining and relaxing.
