Perfect house, lovely pool

The house was perfect for our family of four. Our teenager loved the pool. There is also petanque and ping pong table, and we had a lot of fun.

Nice stay

It is a really nice house, modern and bright. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. You just have to be aware that there is no Wi-Fi. There is a really good contact with Fabien. He responds quickly to any questions or anything else. We can highly recommend this house

Peacefull villa with pool

Peaceful area. You need a car if you like to explore the Cannes / Nizza area more. Not much to see by walk. However, the city center of Grasse was a positive surprise. The Villa is well-equipped. Good to notice that there is no wifi and the phone's internet connection is not high-speed. The pool is nice and deep. The petanque field was nice extra and in heavy use! Gorges to Verdon is a must-see spot within a 2-hour drive.

Magnifique maison qui a été très bien rénovée. Elle est au calme, tout en étant proche des commerces, ce qui n'est pas évident à trouver dans Grasse...L'espace pour garer les voitures est extra puis on a accès à la maison, sans vis-à-vis, de manière intime. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Ce qui manque peut-être, et qui ne m'a pas fait mettre 5 étoiles partout, c'est : l'illumination extérieure de la terrasse et de la piscine le soir. Il y a également l'espace pour manger à l'extérieur qui est sur le côté de la maison et qui n'est pas très agréable car il n'est pas aménagé. Nous avons donc dû transférer la table sur la terrasse et déplacer le salon de jardin. Une fois cela fait, ce fut extrêmement agréable !!! Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves ! Merci.

Très belles vacances !

Très peu de points négatifs : - un peu cher par rapport à la superficie et le quartier. - pas de lumière pour rester dehors le soir. Beaucoup de positif: - maison extraordinairement complète en terme d'équipement (linges, cuisine totalement équipée, livres à disposition, matelas piscine, raquettes de ping pong, plein d'éléments pour les bébés et sécurité des escaliers par exemple...) - magnifique maison bien rénovée. - très chouette piscine bien protégée (parfait avec des enfants). - proche de plein de lieux (Grasse, Cannes, magasins etc.) - super hôte qui pense à tout. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Lovely house with pool.

We had a great stay in a lovely house. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the nice pool and the table tennis. We will gladly come back for a stay another time.
