"The room temperature controls were either working poorly or too confusing to operate. Ridiculously difficult to operate, with the temperature (cooling) running for half a minute the sutting off and not operating for lengthy periods and not cooling at any temp. setting. The TV options were what you'd expect from a half-way house, unless you paid to subscribe on the spot."

"Check in staff were very nice. Guy that provided parking was a little rude. And there was not enough parking in designated area. But mostly/ it wasn't a resort. It's more like a condo complex and you are renting a condo. We had to start the dishwasher and clean up when we left- like you do for a Vrbo- not at a resort. Maybe I didn't do enough research but I was disappointed. It was clean and had a washer and dryer. With a single box of detergent. "
