"The apartment is clean and well set up. It was easy to check in and out. The exterior of the building does not look amazing but we felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The adjacent building was sometimes loud but it did not happen all the time. Overall it worked well for our weekend. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful. The beds are really comfortable and everything looked brand new in the interior. Could use some little things like a corkscrew and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay."

"The host was super nice and thoughtful, when asked questions, she would answer right away. The house is historical, we got a chance to see the nice woodwork from the hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets. The rooms are spacious, and parking space is very large as well. The check in and check out instructions were very clear. The host really made our trip to New Haven easy and pleasant. "

"Room service was great made sure we had everything we needed daily. Front desk very helpful. Was quiet until last night party on 2nd floor people running up and down hallway child kicked our door very hard around 2am. I believe mother worked for hotel and had family party out of control my husband got up and went out they quieted down after that.Overall the place was great though."
