  • HOUSE in the centre of Gravelines, near the shops.
    ON THE GROUND FLOOR: living room (TV-sofa, armchair), dining room, office, veranda with extra bed. Equipped kitchen, crockery, plates, etc.... Gas hob. Sink, fridge, dishwasher, oven, grill, microwave, coffee maker and senseo.
    UPSTAIRS: two bedrooms with a double bed and TV, wardrobe penderie.La second, at the back towards the garden, a double bed and wardrobe. BATHROOM with shower, mirror, toilet, washbasin. Landing, protection for children at the access to the stairs.
    CELLAR with
    washing machine, dryer, fridge with freezer compartment.
    GARDEN, table, two armchairs, parasol. Garden very flowery in spring and summer.
    GARAGE overlooking the back of the house and which overlooks a dead-end street but with a very beautiful public garden and the start of a very large walkway around the fortifications and which leads to the seafront.
