Enjoy Lakeside Luxury At It's Finest

Beautiful lakeside home with amazing views. Equipped with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, cocktail bar, hot tub, gourmet kitchen and a dock that will suit all your fishing, swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding, look no further.

Located conveniently at the 5 MM off of the main channel and just across the channel from Shady Gators and Horny Toads; boat owners please dock your boat within our slip to enjoy what the lake has to offer.

Other things to note
Our home has enough room to where you'll never feel on top of each other and you'll leave recharged and ready to come back. You will feel right at home as we've made sure we have everything accessible with the intent of creating the perfect stay for every guest.

After a long day on the lake, enjoy a gourmet kitchen to whip up whatever it is you choose, with access to a brand new Weber grill off the kitchen. Stock the kitchen by going to a conveniently located Town and Country grocery store within 8 minutes of our door step. Enjoy a round(s) of your favorite beverages off of our cocktail bar and relax in our 6 person hot tub off one side of the home or our outdoor patio on the other.

During the day, our dock is equipped with a diving board, kayaks, paddle boards, and some fishing poles and tackle box to fish. Equipped with a boat slip and enough room on the side of the dock to tie up a 40 foot boat, bring your boat to enjoy all the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please make sure any propane tanks are turned off 2. lift ladders out of the water - empty trash cans on dock and outdoor patio.
3. Any spills on dock, rinse off w/ dock pump. 4. please make sure life jackets are hung up and not just thrown in the shed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please be respectful of area neighbors and turn music down by 11pm. Not off, just not loud enough for the entire cove to hear.

City Slickers' Favorite Vacay

We drove from Chicago to the Ozarks for the first time, and were so thrilled with our experience! We found just about everything we needed at the house. Very clean and tidy. The house has many great amenities, and such a beautiful view! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the kayaks! The house is about 40 minutes from any of the main activities/restaurants/shopping, and there is VERY little to do or eat nearby, so I would suggest planning around that. Even groceries are 20 minutes from the house. We stocked up at Walmart in Osage Beach so that once we got back to the house in the evening, there was no need to go back out. We will definitely be back soon!

Very comfortable with lots of room!

We had the best time. Everything was perfect! The hot tub was a favorite! I really don’t know where to stop. It was all perfect. Deck had plenty of comfortable seating with heaters too if needed. We used the grill and it to was very nice. The kitchen was large and the perfect meeting place for our family In the mornings. The beds were very comfortable as was the pillows and bedding. One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Oh! The dock and toys were wonderful!!

Amazing home with everything you need

What a great property. We brought 6 adults and 8 kids with us and had all the room we could need plus some. The cleanliness was top notch. The openness of the main floor was awesome and great for a big group. The master suite was amazing. The dock was great with plenty of room for our 29’ boat and tons of room for the kids to swim. The lot is huge so plenty of room for parking the boat trailer and vehicles. It also has a drive through driveway which is a luxury at the lake. Made it really easy to pull in and unload the cars. We’ve stayed at a handful of short term homes at LOTO and this one was by far the best we’ve stayed at. I kept searching for things that I could feedback to the owners for improvements since it is a newer property and could not come up with anything. Truly a great property and we will be back!
