Worst place to stay

Our stay was a nightmare. The ac wasn’t working and there was extreme heat warning. Even after trying everything the temperature wouldn’t drop lower than 80 F.The patio was so dirty and filled with spider webs, mosquitoes and insects. We couldn’t even step out or even enjoy the water view due to this. The place was advertised as 3 BR, but the 3rd bedroom has no air vent and was so hot that I think Arizona would have been cooler than that place. We had come here to relax but instead spent most of our time stressed and frustrated. The place is not well kept or maintained. My request to the owner and evolve would be to ensure that the basic amenities like air conditioning and cleanliness are met. If not, please don’t list your property and waste our money. Also, getting responses from the contact was difficult. Had to call multiple times to get a response.Evolve doesn’t have an option to upload pictures for a review. We took couple of pictures to show the place’s condition.
