The home comes complete with sheets, towels, dishes, internet, cable, washer, dryer, and more. Enjoy easy access to 385 and Simpsonville. Book now before it's gone! Discounted rates for extended stays, and weekly cleaning is available upon request (*pricing upon inquiry).



    Other Things to Note:

    - No parties or events of any kind.

    - No additional guest! Number of guest must be disclosed to owner at the time of booking and any changes must be approved prior to the day of check-in.

    - Number of vehicles that will be onsite during the entire stay must be disclosed to owner.

    - No Grills allowed

    - No Fires or bonfire on the property

    - Be respectful of quite hours 9pm-9am

    - No smoking on property. Must smoke 15 feet away from home and dispose of trash properly.

Awesome find in Laurens

We arrived well after dark and the door code was incorrect, David was quick to respond and reset. The house is updated, clean, and very nicely appointed. I had a horse trailer in tow and there was plenty of room in the driveway for both the truck and horse trailer. It was super close to where we were going. Perfect place and I would stay again if I was in that area.

Gray Court

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for what we needed and it was so cute! We got locked out one night and the owner was so quick to respond and get us in. Just wish we could have stayed longer! Told our friends we were visiting about it and recommended it for future guests.
