The main living and dining area is generously proportioned, centered around a dining table and a flat-screen satellite television, and opens directly onto one of the 2 covered terraces. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, creating a fluid and sociable layout ideal for groups and families.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower room. The second bedroom features 1 French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a terrace. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a lounge area with its own dining table and a flat-screen television, also opening onto a terrace. The fourth and largest bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed of 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC and a private bath and shower, as well as its own terrace access.
