We expected rain and it did all weekend but the stay was lovely. Had plenty of family game time and the kids loved the hot tub. Comfy beds and plenty of everything needed in kitchen.

Great house with lots of space. Super comfy beds and 3 bathrooms was great. The hot tub was a hit. The beach was a little walk but so worth it. Lots of parking. Great stay!

Had a great time with the family! Hot Tub was loved and used regularly! Had a bedroom for each family member and a small walk to the beach. Kids kept trying to play with all the beach themed decorations in the house. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to navigate.

If I could give this property 6 stars, I would!

My wife and I rented this beach bungalow for two days in December. We happened to be there during a Razor Clam dig, and we were just about a 3 block walk from the beach in this house. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal with our seafood catch. The owners were lovely and helpful and accommodating to our requests. We would love to stay here again!

Great Getaway

The house was perfect for our group of 4 elderly close couples. We enjoyed all the amenities in the kitchen, especially the large refrigerator to hold all our food, then taking turns cooking meals. The walk to the beach was a bit adventurous, encountering a couple of very low branches on the path but, once there, a delight to enjoy low tide every afternoon while we were there. Then, after an afternoon at the beach, the hot tub was a delight to enjoy! Thanks, Heather, for sharing another of your VRBO homes with us!

Wonderful place!

We love this property, it fits our family size so well. We walked to the beach several times, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the home was clean and the hot tub was great. We had a brief problem with the heat inside the home, but the property manager Heather sent a maintenance person out promptly (on Thanksgiving morning!) and our issue was resolved quickly. The level of customer service was outstanding! We will return!

Nice place, good location

Great communication with host. Very quick response when a smoke alarm battery needed replacement. Clean house. Nice size. Linens and other supplies are plentiful. Property description said "coffee machine", so we brought beans and a grinder, but the macine is a Kuereg. Lots of pods supplied. Beach is not far. Hot tub got hot but couldnt get jets to work. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Grayland Vacation Property

Nicely appointed and decorated property. Beds were extremely comfortable. Large master with bathroom and closet on main floor. All other bedrooms were upstairs. Guest rooms upstairs were small without closets but there is a lovely sitting room with TV up there. The hot tub was a nice bonus! There was no view of the ocean from this property, but the path to the beach was very close and a nice walk. My only criticism would be that the outdoor spaces such as the front and back porches were not as well maintained as the inside. Kitchen cabinets also needed help. Overall though it was a comfortable house and we enjoyed our stay.
