We stayed here for 2 nights (Oct 18–20) with our 6-month-old baby and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with two comfortable queen beds. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was a huge plus for us since we brought our own food and needed to prepare baby bottles. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly, and the location is perfect — close to Gaylord's attractions and an easy drive to Boyne Mountain. For the price, this hotel is excellent value. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast wasn’t much. Waffle maker had a burn on waffle, so we couldn’t use it, sausage was gone, only 2 eggs and they had fried hard. No one checked while we were in the dining area. Room was a king, nice and large. Parking was good.

We will plan to stay here the next time we are in the viciinity. We liked the location, quiet, no traffic noise. Our room was clean and stocked. If there was was any suggestions for improvements, it would be additional lighting.

The property was clean including the pool. The continental breakfast was amazing. The room on the other hand was disgusting. It looked like the hotel room floor hasn't been cleaned in over a month (we got put in a handicapped room which was no big deal.) We had to also hear fire alarm go off and scared me, plus we had to hear a compressor going off every 30 minutes from the ice machine through the wall, which kept my husband up all night long. We talked to the motel management and felt we deserve a refund or atleast a partial refund for our nightly stay there. We feel that they given us this crappy room just because we used the expedia app. (Not sure if that's the real reason but feel since we used a discount app such as Expedia; they give us this unclean room)
