"The room was very clean which is most important in my view. But also worth highlighting is the incredible staff. They went out of threat to help with our luggage and the lady at the front desk came in early next morning to take care of our luggage, that we got to leave for the day while sightseeing. "The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. The rooms are dated--a little old fashioned for our tastes and the walk to and from the elevators was pretty long when transporting luggage (there were no luggage carriers or bell people). Also a little hard to find as the lobby entrance is in a parking lot behind the actual street address causing us to carry luggage up some stairs and through an alley."
