One of my favorite places that I have stayed in Austria. My room was amazing, the views were amazing, the art throughout the hotel was a pleasant surprise, and the staff is top notch. What a great place!!!

Great hotel near Lendplatz
Very nice hotel. Air conditioning is comparably good for Austrian standards. Bed was a little to hard for me, otherwise the hotel is great. Nice rooftop terrace with happy hour on Fridays. Near Lendplatz which is a great place for open air restaurants/bars

Nice hotel
Nice artsy hotel near Lendplatz. Good connection to Hauptbahnhof and to city center and Schlossberg. Nothing big to complain about. Air conditioning worked reasonably well, at least judging from an Austrian standard (air conditioning will never be as strong as in an average US hotel as Austrians always fear to get sick from a strong air condition ventilation). Two minor complaints are the bed was not really very comfortable, too hard for me and the walk in shower did not have a door to fully close it and always created a mess when showering.

Lovely modern hotel
Great for a quick weekend in Graz. The Lendplatz area is wonderful, easily walkable to everything. Staff/service was great, very helpful. Cool, modern hotel with interesting, funky artwork. Would be nice if there was a coffee/tea maker in the room, but the cafe downstairs is nice. The bed was moderately comfortable. The duvet was very heavy, and it was difficult to find a good sleeping temp without opening the window (difficult with some street noise.) Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, check-in, check-out and summoning a Cab. The hotel is modern and in perfect shape. We walked less than 5 minutes to get to some restaurant choices. This hotel is not located right in the tourist section of Graz.

The reception staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. The room was nice sage located too low in cabinet to use. However breakfast was horrible. Not included with hotel stay. That's ok but waitress was horrible. She didn't understand English but was acting very unfriendly towards us and didn't understand our simple order of coffee. Other than that it was fine!

It is a modern facility just besides an area really full of night life, with around many bars an cafe. You can just step out and walk hundreds of meters to be part of the “movida”, also 20 min walking to historical city center. Nevertheless when you are in the hotel, you are just enough far from the crowd to enjoy calm and tranquillity. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast a la cart offers very fresh and healthy dishes. Definitely I want to come back when in Graz again.

Major Construction Work
Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing some major construction work to the two main elevations of the hotel, construction work started at 7am on the Monday morning with heavy machinery moving around, I would imagine this will be ongoing for some weeks, if not months. When you leave and enter the hotel there is s cloud of dust around you for the majority of the day. When all the construction work is finished, the hotel would be a fairly good choice as far as location, with a 15-20 minute work to the old town center. The hotel is very contemporary with minimalist room furnishings (4 clothes hangers on a scaffold pole) rather than a wardrobe etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If I visited Graz again, I would choose something closer to the center as the streets walking back are very dark and you feel a sense of unease.

Modern hotel with good facilities. A nice comfortable chair in the room,a large comfortable bed and very good shower. The area is up and coming but it is easy to get to by bus from the station and there is a good restaurant at Lendplatz. It is about 15 mins walk to the old town tourist area. Staff were all friendly and helpful

We had a great stay. Very modern design. Very clean, with great beds and bathrooms. Only negative is that the immediate neighborhood needs some improvement, but you are only a 10 minute walk to the heart of town, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

Can t miss this hotel!

Dear Darryl, we are sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed your stay and not felt comfortable. The hotel offers a holding area in the backside to check in and afterwards the car parking is right across the street. A second pillow will be immediately provide on request, never hesitate to contact our front desk, which is occupied 24h a day. I am sorry for the temperature, which is a fault we need to take care. I am sorry to read, that you did not like our shirts that is the first time we got this feedback. Our style does not fit every satisfaction and we like to say thank you for your honest review.

Very nice new hotel for Business trip
Very nice new hotel. As I speak no German, it was no problem to use English with all of the staff. Breakfast was typical European and excellent. My room was large by European standards with modern fixtures. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay there again next time I am in Graz.

Great location and staff
Was a little put off when arriving and seeing a huge construction site directly across the street. However, the location itself was very good. Easy walking to restaurants and into Graz itself! Very modern looking hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff very helpful and English speaking. Parking very convenient and had a 'lift'. Would stay again for the convenience. Breakfast available, but not included.

less is more is best to describe this hotel
this is a chic and minimalist hotel away from the historic district. worth staying here if you dun mind the extra walking from downtown. staff are super helpful and helped us quite a bit on parking as well as having dinner after a late check-in.

A great stay.
What a find! A great hotel for simple modern design and so new we could still smell the carpet glue. Small touches like a three pin plug being provided automatically and a good sized safe added to the experience. Breakfast was to a good standard and the coffee was the best I've had for a long time. Good location and secure parking in a garage near by make it a good choice. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly.
