Die sorgfältig gepflegte & voll ausgestattete, großzügige Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für deinen Aufenthalt in Graz. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und Arbeiten ein.

Nur wenige Minuten von Hauptbahnhof entfernt.



15 Minuten mit den öffentlichen vom Hauptbahnhof



Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche und einen Essbereich.

Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queenzize Bett (mit den Massen 1,60x2 m) und einen Kleiderschrank mit einer Couch und TV



Das andere Schlafzimmer ist ebenso mit einem Queensize Boxspringbett ausgestattet.



Das Bad bietet eine Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und ein WC.

Du erreichst die Unterkunft, im 3.Stock, über eine Treppe.





Gratis parken auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite (vom Hauseingang)

Vor dem Haus ist grüne Zone.



Die gesamt Wohnung könnt ihr für euch alleine nützen.



Sie bietet einen Vorraum, ein großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Essbereich, ein kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.



Es gibt Wirtschaftsbalkone in jedem Halbstock, für kleine Rauchpausen oder einen Guten Morgen Kaffee. Auch den Innenhof könnt ihr gerne mitbenützen.



Die Wohnung kann ohne Einschränkungen genutzt werden.
