THIS IS THE PERFERCT home for a family or friends getaway, to see and experience the best of what the South County area of RI has to offer, along with Newport, without breaking the bank! The nightly stays are less than a hotel however, offer the coziness of a home. Split the cost with friends. Do not pay thousands more for a house on, or within, 10 minutes of the water or a major beach, Don't follow the beaten path; save your hard earned money.
This awesome home is located in South Kingstown RI, and is located 20-25 minutes from Newport, the Block Island ferry, Galilee (great charter fishing boats), and all the great beaches and restaurants in between.
TF Green International Airport is a 30 minute drive to the house and the Kingston train station is 5 minute drive from the house. - GREAT for a day trip to Providence or
Boston.
This home is inviting with an open concept that can accomadate10 people easily without feeling you are on top of each other. It features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a laundry room. (Three bedrooms upstairs and two are downstairs.)
