"Everything about my stay at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and very well appointed. When I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, the team responded immediately and upgraded me to a much larger room, which was greatly appreciated. The view from the 7th floor was absolutely stunning and added to an already wonderful experience. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The service, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This is an excellent hotel! The hotel is full service but also a quick walk to the historic center of Annecy. So the best of both worlds. We appreciated being able to reserve and pay to park our car in their small underground garage. The morning breakfast is not included but you have a choice between a very good buffet on the hotel terrace overlooking the lake or grab and go items at the small cafe in the lobby. The pool was a highlight as it was quite warm. The pool was a perfect temperature with sun loungers and a bar for spritz up the stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with nice linens and good hanging space. And good air conditioning!!!"

"Room was spacious and cleaned daily which was nice. The pool area was lovely to come back to each day. Little things like no conditioner in the bathroom, no mini fridge or milk, despite having a coffee machine, would make a difference. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the late afternoon."
