Just 1.5 miles from downtown Great Barrington and 1 mile from Butternut Ski Area, our 1250 sq. ft apartment provides the ideal home base for all your Berkshires adventures. Part of the newly renovated and reimagined East Rock Inn, you'll get a dedicated parking space, mountain views, and a secluded backyard with a dining table, seating, and hammock.
Our brand-new two-bedroom is designed for your comfort, featuring a gourmet kitchen with an induction stove and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The sliding glass doors lead directly to our massive backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind.
There's a king bed in the primary bedroom, two full-sized beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, with blackout curtains and premium linens, ensuring everyone gets a great night's sleep.
Our dining table easily seats 10 for large family and friends dinners after a day spent skiing, tubing, hiking, kayaking, exploring, or shopping and dining in downtown Great Barrington and beyond.
The apartment is ideal for long-term stays with an in-unit washer/dryer, free fast WiFi, housekeeping on demand, and plenty of storage for groceries and belongings.
This is the ideal 4-season getaway.
In the summer, Tanglewood is only a quick 20-minute drive, with Jacbob's Pillow, the Appalachian Trail, farm stands, local theater, and hiking for all levels within a short drive. You can even start your day in the nature reserve right across the road and hike to Whale Rock to enjoy the view!
In the winter, take advantage of East Rock Inn's proximity to Butternut Ski Area (Just 1 mile away, we're the closest property to the mountain!). We're less than 20 minutes from Catamount Mountain Resort and only 35 miles from Jiminy Peak, providing you with the perfect home base for a variety of skiing, snowboarding, and tubing opportunities all winter long.
