"The room was recently remodeled in great shape. It was not ready at the check in of 3PM with a promise it would be ready soon, turned out to be a little over an hour later. There was no entertainnent anywhere in Reno except on the weekend...maybe music somewhere."

"We were treated like we were VIPs. The grounds and lobby were like a classic regal hotel. The entire hotel was classic but everything up to date. The pools were beautiful and the fitness room comprehensive. Our rooms were very comfortable. My husband loved his Coffee Shop breakfasts. It was so convenient to the freeways and main city roads so getting around was simple. I felt very safe with the security provided both for guests and their cars."
