"Check in was smooth and staff is nice and professional. Although the elevators are under construction until 2027 (not all 6 elevators were working) the staff would offer to use the service elevators for our convenience."

"This was my first time staying and I had a great experience! The front desk staff was very friendly, the entire place including our room was clean and well maintained, and i really liked that they have a food court, arcade, and are attached to 2 other hotels. We ended up eating at Habit Burger and then Ramsays Kitchen inside of Silver Legacy. RK was divine. It's also in a great location, we went on a few walks around downtown and by the river. Really nice! The only downside is the beds weren't the most comfortable, but it was fine for 2 nights especially at such a good price."

"Close to the other casinos and the music venue next door that we saw a show at. Rode Lime scooters that were available and traveled around the area with ease. Lots to see and enjoy close by."

"Better than average breakfast. Dry Sauna was a pleasant surprise. Room layout did not allow for TV viewing from the bed. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again."

"We always stay at the El Dorado when we come to town to visit our kids. Friendly and efficient staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Love the Rowe (mezzanine level) with all the awesome restaurants and bars. Great location to local attractions, bars, restaurants and the college. Fun place to stay!"

"There were a few things wrong. One our shower head height lever was broken so unless you were four feet tall you hand to hold the shower head. Second was ice machines were inoperable on a couple floors lime my floor and went to the restaurant for ice."
