The Space:

The river’s gentle rush greets you as you step onto the wrap‑around deck, steam rising from the private hot tub that fits six. A fire pit crackles nearby, inviting you to unwind under a canopy of stars while the scent of pine mingles with the fresh mountain air. Inside, sunlight pours through the screened porch, highlighting the open‑plan living spaces where laughter and board games flow as easily as the nearby Cacapon River.

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults as required by the HOA. Children are welcome, and extra towels can be arranged for larger families.

Dogs are welcome to share the adventure; however, cats are not permitted due to allergies.



A note on nature

Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but you may still notice leaves, pollen, or other natural traces, especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding of the beautiful, ever‑changing outdoors that surround the cabin.

The Neighborhood:

Tranquil Nights is just south of the city of Berkeley Springs, and feels like a world away from everything. The cabin is nestled in the Cacapon Mountains right near the Cacapon River.



We love the river! We often go swimming, tubing and fishing; it's perfect on a hot summer day.



About a 15 min drive from our place is a small local brewery, Berkeley Springs Brewing Company. They're constantly churning out new beer (literally every week); we're big fans of their IPA and sour beers. They also have a smoker with fantastic BBQ!



Getting Around:

There's plenty of parking on site. We're about a 20 min drive from Berkeley Springs.

Tony can be reached via cell/text during your stay, and a property manager can be onsite for any issues that arise.
