    – Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed

    – Bedroom 2 - Full Size Bunk Beds & Trundle Bed (the bunk bed can only have one person on top and up to 2 can be on the bottom bunk and another 2 on the trundle)

    - 1 full bath

    - Fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker

    - Living and Dining areas with plenty of seating

    - Woodburning stove to stay warm on chilly nights (don’t worry we also have baseboard heat and AC)

    - WiFi strong enough for streaming movies and taking video calls

    - Smart TV for logging into your favorite streaming service



    Outside, you’ll also find:

    - Spacious screened porch for gathering with friends

    - Roast marshmallows in the fire pit

    - Propane Grill for the grillmaster in your group

    - River access just ½ mile away

    - Exterior camera facing the driveway (One is located just outside the sliding glass door to the living room which covers the driveway and entrance. The second is on the backside aimed into the woods towards Brooklyn's Way) for guest and property security. No interior cameras are present.
