We had a friends meet up at this cabin. We loved the waterfront access and spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view. Also love that it was dog friendly. The available kayaks and canoes were a nice plus. Overall it was a pretty good cabin, but the listing makes it seem much bigger than it is. The listing says it's 4000 sq ft, which it is not. We still had enough of room for 6 people and some dogs. The main floor bedroom does not have any windows (which is not apparent from the pictures). The house overall was very creaky, so if you're a light sleeper, beware.

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. We loved the canoe, dock, fishing, and hot tub. My only complaint was the cleanliness. We asked for early check in, and were told we would receive a text once the cleaners were done cleaning, never did, and checked in at the normal time of 4:00. I anticipated this was because the cabin was being cleaned very well. There were wet towels in the washer, some blankets in the dryer. The showers and toilets needed to be cleaned. The countertop still had crumbs on it and the fridge had some debris as well. I cleaned the cabin after seeing this, but other than that, it was a great time.

The location is great with the river access and all the games for the kids. The family loved the kayaks and relaxing on the deck. My concern was the house. It's smaller then expected. Only the sink was usable in the upper bathroom. When I asked about the bathroom they said it was a known issue. The lower bathroom shower is small like in a camper. The dryer door dosen't stay closed unless you angle a broom between it's door and the utility sink. Cabin was fairly clean for being in the woods but we did find a dead mouse in the upper loft area as we packed up. If you want to grill or use the stove you may need to clean them first. We mainly used an electric griddle for our cooking.
