"First, the good, the inside of our room was nice. We had two beds, a fridge, microwave, table and chairs and a tv. There was room to walk around. Now, the bad, upon arrival (after the 4pm check in time) there were trash bags lined up in front of our room. The housekeeper (Anne) was rude. The beds only had sheets and when asking housekeeper about blankets she rudely replied “well at least your room is clean”. She did bring the blankets a little later. "I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. "Great place to relax and watch the seagulls and heron. Quiet even though there is a building in back of the boathouse that is a rental. General store and small restaurant just down the road. The king size bed was very comfortable. The boathouse has everything you need. "
