Lovely hotel ... no air con and middle of heatwave so room although extremely nice was like an oven. Fan provided but actually sleeping was difficult. Staff were excellent (they were a little embarrassed to inform us that the hotel had decided not to provide breakfast) really nice atmosphere and would definitely stay again ... only 0.6 mikes from Center Parcs which was perfect for us... maybe not in a heatwave though 😂😂

This was a really surprising place to stay. We were travelling for a family funeral and arrived late on a Thursday evening. We were told that the chef had finished serving for the night (it was after 9pm so that was fair enough). The receptionist checked with the kitchen and came back to tell us that Chef hadn't switched off the fryers so he could make us some chips and scampi which was really kind of them.
