"Beautiful hotel, especially the bar and lobby area. Parking is not well marked and confusing to find. Two sides of the hotel with entrances and multiple parking options. One side marked of hotel is marked for hotel parking, but confusing which parking entrance to use. The other side marked for parking but not clear if for hotel. Multiple people were on the wrong side. Tried calling hotel to no avail. When I tried to explain issue to the front desk was met with an arrogant attitude. Once parked in garage, garage attendent had to let folks in and out, confusion again and was met with an arrogant attitude. Room design very nice, but stains visible on the couch. There was a stench on the room as well. Too bad, hotel has wonderful potential."

"The room was in good condition, the location is great, and the staff was welcoming. There is longer a shuttle to the airport despite it being listed on the amenities. The people in the room next door were unruly and startled me out of my sleep at 3am. It was very unsettling and ruined my stay. "

"The rooms here are always clean and the breakfast is always great. The staff at is very friendly and efficient. This is a very well managed hotel. My only complaint is that I wish there was a tip jar for the breakfast staff - they deserve a little bump for the well stocked, neat and clean breakfast bar. "

"From check in to check out everything went really well. Front desk very courteous and accommodating. Rooms were modern and very clean. "

"There was confusion during check-in as the rental agency did not update the packet/keys with my information and the concierge did not know what to do. I had to call the billing department to confirm there was not a payment issue and that is how it was discovered that the previous renter information was left on the packet/keys that should have had my information updated. Not a huge problem, but did delay my dinner by approximately 1.5 hour which was rather inconvenient. "

But overall, it was excellent.Yeah, it was great.It was fantastic.I liked it was very good.Excellent."
