Some of the staff were great, a couple, not so good. The tub leaked ... drip drip drip... was assured it would be fixed for 2nd day and wasn't. The tub itself needed a better cleaning as it was clear a previous guest had shaved and there were many hairs left in the tub. There was a unknown brand of shampoo/ conditioner, and after seeing the condition of the tub, I just waited until I'm home to shower. The pillows were all the solid the foam kind, which made it difficult to cover my ears to the upstairs person who was up half the night. Usually there is at least one fluffy pillow. The grab & go breakfast was fine and there were plenty of nicely filled vending machines. The river walk was great to walk my dog along and the hotel is nicely located. I will not ever stay here when visiting again.

Check in clerk was crusty to say the least. I felt like I was interrupting her day! No pleasantries….sorry I bothered you It is in a lovely location down by the river and walks are very enjoyable. The hotel is certainly aimed more to the long stay clientele, I.e workers in the area. Didn’t have the breakfast It was quiet and parking was great. Not sure I’d stay again
