"It was beautifully decorated, however, the rooms could have been cleaner Inside toilets, Grout in tiles, Hair in sink and shower. And I've noticed that hotels nowadays will know how many will be in the room and still give you towels for 2 ppl, lol. If it was cleaner it would have easily been a 4. The location is amazing and walkable with plenty of eating options and a local/modern flair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"En Expedía reservé un cuarto con 2 camas queen y 1 sofá cama. Al llegar en la noche tarde, la habitación que nos dieron no tenía sofá cama y lo necesitábamos. Me explicaron que ya habían reportado a expedía que solo las habitaciones con cama King tenían sofá cama. Nos hicieron el cambio de habitaciones sin problema y pudimos acomodarnos mejor. El personal muy amable y resolutivo."

"This hotel is past its prime. We've stayed here many times but no more. It needs a paint job , new towels, better mini fridge that is quiet , cushions for outdoor chairs and loungers. No coffee was provided this time, the listed airport shuttle is not available. The staff was excellent "

"The property was as described in the VRBO listing and the photos were accurate. We were able to easily and safely walk to grocery stores and shopping. Uber worked well for trips further from the apartment. The host responded immediately to any questions. There is a small pool that is not heated. We enjoyed our stay in Merida. "
