Front desk staff is friendly but could use more training. Room was great and facility is well kept. Onsite restaurant is also very nice and servers are excellent. Value for money is strong and would recommend the flight, hotel and car package.

The room was fine, but the check-in process was the worse I’ve ever experienced. It took almost two hours to get us into our rooms and we were not given key cards, security had to open the door for us so we could not even leave the room until the next morning when key cards were delivered. GrandStay Residential Suites - Rapid City
I moved rooms after I noticed the first room wasn't properly cleaned and the bathtub had water that wasn't draining in it. Moved to a new room and it was great. The staff were very nice and easy to work with. The bed was comfy and the simple kitchen set up appreciated.
