"Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast a bit pricey especially when already paying almost $200 for room, but food was very good. The only bad experience was I found food along the edge of the bed on the floor that someone had dropped and housekeeping missed in sweeping and the bathroom was a bit small but the shower was great for hot water and pressure."

"The only problem was that I had booked a room with 2 beds and all they have there are rooms with one bed and a foldout couch. So Expedia should not have told me that my reservation was a room with 2 beds. I would have booked some other hotel with 2 beds. In the picture that Expedia showed me of the room, it had 2 queen beds. That is not how a company should treat a loyal customer."

"The location in Salem, Ohio is undergoing renovation so I'm taking that into consideration. First of all, the room was spotless and NO bed bugs. (Heard horror stories about the issue in other hotel's which is why I mention it.) Right now I'm sleeping on an air mattress staying with family so the bed was wonderful. Firm but not hard. And the pillows are fabulous. I have to get me some!!! They don't flatten out and are so fluffy. You feel like your sleeping on a cloud. And they aren't made from any allergy causing material because I am highly allergic and I had NO issues. The microwave didn't work in the room and I called the front desk to find out if there was a microwave available elsewhere. Unfortunately, due to the renovation they didn't have an option available. Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. Ample parking available and good handicapped spots. (My daughter is disabled.) There is also an indoor pool but we didn't use it. We didn't try the complimentary breakfast. However, the coffee available in the coffee/breakfast area is VERY good if you like strong coffee, and I do. Each room has a Keurig in it and there were tea bags and Green Mountain K cups in the room. There is also an iron and ironing board in the room. The TV in the room was a little messed up. There were these 4 random dots on the screen that looked like bubbles. And they appeared on whatever you were watching. Also, they have Direct TV so lots of movies."
