"When booking 2 bed in a room, most of the time, they offer only 1 set if towels. This is happening all the times. One if the showe hose was hanging in the shower room. There is no room cleaning g since Covid year 2021."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the location was convenient, the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, and some amenities were either outdated or not functioning properly. The staff was polite, but response times for requests were slower than expected. I was hoping for a more comfortable and well-maintained stay. With some improvements in upkeep and service, this hotel could offer a much better experience."
