We found the staff not really that helpful, the stairs to go up with your luggage is not ideal, there was a young man there but he is at the top of stairs and is not paying attention, i saw most people lifting theor bags up the steep stairs…. the layout is a bit weird … and GET RID OF THE CARPET !!! in the rooms!!
The lounge area is majestic!! beautiful original features! The area is quite a ways from main city… very quiet but lovely
