Stud Hohenschmark is set in a peaceful, secluded location about a 10-minute drive from Plön and Bad Malente, right by its own Schmarksee in Holstein Switzerland. Here, you enjoy an idyllic holiday atmosphere and ideal conditions for dressage horses. Relax by the Schmarksee and make the most of your free time on the estate or in the surrounding area.



The building houses the Achterstall on the ground floor and two holiday apartments on the first floor. Central heating is available. Each apartment has its own entrance.



The spacious "Zur Weide" apartment (85 sqm) with wooden terrace and separate entrance offers a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen, with washing machine and paddock view, is located between the living room and the bright full bathroom. The bedroom features a large double bed.



Wi-Fi, TV, and a parking space are available for you. Thanks to self check-in, you arrive flexibly. Pets are welcome by arrangement (maximum 3). Please note, access is via unpaved roads and the property is best reached by car.



Stud Hohenschmark is an active farm. There may be agricultural traffic (yard loaders, tractors, etc.). Farm vehicles and horses always have priority. Please keep to walking speed throughout the property.



Only enter the mares’ stable with permission. Feeding the horses or other animals is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized persons may not enter the property without prior registration.
