Beautiful property a very short walk from the beach & lovely blue sea still warm enough to swim in Hotel also has a great size pool, well maintained as are all the areas of this lovely property Staff are all excellent, professional & friendly Rooms very clean as are all public areas Hotel can arrange fair priced transportation from port/ airport Breakfasts are truly excellent, fresh local ingredients which you can taste We look forward Rl returning to The 18 Grapes Hotel next year

Calm and luxurious holiday
We had a fabulous trip at 18 Grapes. The property is beautiful, the standard is very high, the location is convenient to Agios Prokopios and surrounding restaurants, and the staff are top notch. Since the hotel is small, it never felt crowded. Breakfast is enormous and delicious. The restaurant portions are also delicious. Our room was extremely comfortable, generously sized, and had a private patio. There were loads of little touches that just put it over the edge: the hair dryer, for instance, is really nice (don't bother bringing your own!), the toiletries in the room include toothbrushes and shaving kits, they offer a turndown service, we were greeted with a tour and welcome drinks by the pool, etc. You get the sense that every need would be catered for. We loved it and would absolutely return.

My wife and I came to Naxos for our Honeymoon. We were looking for a nice hotel that was walkable to beach. Our experience at 18 Grapes was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful as they recommended many local restaurants and beaches to visit. The hotel is very modern and beautiful. There is a nice roof top bar and pool as well as larger pool area on the main floor. There is free breakfast at the hotel which was absolutely delicious. We also tried their lunch menu which was good. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I def recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Naxos. We will be back for sure.

Staff was amazing. Service was clearly their number one priority which made feel like you were a part of their family. The included Breakfast was outstanding. We never missed the morning meal. Fresh bake cookies delivered nightly to your room by their on-premise pastry chef. Loved that we had steam available in our shower. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet hotel with easy access to the best beaches in Naxos. Truly five star.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly though not proactive, breakfast was good (a La carte but could choose whatever you wanted). Free bottle of wine on departure was a nice touch, and the heated pool was nice! Room was small, hotel right next to a road and building works on the other side of the road were loud. Surrounding area not inkeeping with 5 star hotel. Loud inappropriate music played around the pool - I had to ask for it to be turned down. Music also played from 2 different places playing different songs at the same time. Gorgeous family taverna down the road called Giannoulis - about 5 minute walk - highly recommend!

Excellent guest service. Owner Maria and her staff were amazing. They serve a wonderful breakfast. Few minutes walk to the beaches. Town is about 15 mins taxi ride. Taxi cost about 20 Euros each way. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel.

loved our stay at this hotel. very friendly staff. room was very clean and beautiful. location was a short walk to the beach which we loved. only complaint is that the rooftop pool closed really early. the posted signs stated it closed at 8pm but for some reason it actually closed at 6:30pm and I was told it was closed when i went up there. wished it were open longer since it was so pretty and we would have loved to use it when the sun wasn't so bright.

Loved our stay at 18 Grapes hotel - very quiet location which is what we wanted. The facility is excellent from rooms to pools, lobby area. Staff are soo nice ! Maria, Giannis, Jacob and other staff were very hospitable. Breakfast buffet is so delicious. We had the 18 grapes white wine which was really good. They gave us a Rose wine on checkout which was also very nice. location is 5 minute walk to beach and other restaurants nearby. Town is about 15 minute cab ride.

We are a family with one child - he is 9 year old. Pool is open 11-8 and breakfast starts 830. They were accommodating to my son’s gluten free sensitivity and everyone was very pleasant and spoke English. There is not much staff so things can move slow but we are from jersey and it helped slow us down and get into vacation mode. Eateries are short walk. No rental necessary. Taxi is available. They do seem to charge a lot. There are plenty of bike/car rental within a short walk. Check in and check out was seamless. Room was huge and beautiful- #7. There was outdoor jacuzzi and 2 beds.

Great pick for honeymooners!
We can't stay enough great things about 18 Grapes! The staff are so lovely and extremely helpful/accommodating with any request. We love Naxos (this is our second visit) and our first time staying in this area. It was very walkable to get to the main beach and there is a grocery store, bakery, ATM and car/ATV rental shop all within a 5 minute walking distance. Breakfast was a la carte due to COVID but the food and drinks are all great! Thanks for an amazing stay during our honeymoon!

This hotel was amazing! It was perfectly situated just a few minutes from the beautiful Agios Prokopios beach and had delicious restaurants walkable from the property. The entire staff was incredible and made every effort to make our trip and our stay as wonderful as it could be. They all showed us unmatched hospitality throughout our stay and we would absolutely come back! The room was spacious and clean and the pool amenities were very nice.

a must beach stay in Naxos
Great hotel! In a perfect location, less than three minute walk to the most beautiful beach & less than a five min taxi to main town. Customer service was incredible, the team go above & beyond to help you in any way possible & they made us feel so welcome during our stay. The accommodation itself new, clean and lovely.

18 Grapes is a beautifully renovated hotel at Agios Prokopios beach. The rooms are very stylish, clean and have plenty of space. The staff are so warm and wonderfully attentive. The breakfast has all that you want both buffet and a la carte. Loved the daily pita. The pool area was amazing heaps of sun beds and cabanas, a wonderful pool downstairs and a smaller pool upstairs to enjoy the magical sunsets. I really enjoyed my stay at 18 Grapes

Pros: room was clean, internet worked, lots of hot water in shower. Cons: pool not ready to use. (Green, dirty and then undergoing shock treatments); dirty sheets put on the bed; locked out of room due to faulty door mechanism; no instructions for the ac/heating unit which didnt work properly- staff just said it was fine but didnt solve the issue; no instructions for the tv which was set to antennae- staff moved it to satellite on the last night- not an intuitive process; cleaning staff pushed water from upper unit onto my patio furniture; mini bar not fully stocked; sheets washed in something which caused an allergic reaction; interior hall lights controlled by staff and not turned on; blind turns out of the property parking area due to high wall and no mirrors- always a question of getting hit by a speeding local. In general the property was not ready for business. There was no grass in-front of the room so it seems the photos on expedia were photo shopped. Not worth the price when it is 8 times the going rate for a room and breakfast on the island.

Very nice hotel and walking distance to the beach and a nice little town with restaurants and a few shops. hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Also, catch the bus right in town to get to port where the shopping is fantastic and tons of restaurants to enjoy.

18 Grapes is a beautiful hotel on a great island
We had an incredible stay at 18 Grapes, being a family-owned hotel you felt the genuine care from the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and the hotel aesthetic is beautifully modern. Naxos is such a fun island to explore, very casual and low key in comparison to several of the other islands we visited. Would definitely stay again! Two notes, the pillows had a slight odd smell and the water closet door is not an actual "door" rather a glass door that swings open/closed, this set up did not offer the feel of 100% privacy from your room companion when using the restroom. Small things in comparison to so many other features and benefits this hotel provides, but thought worth noting.

Lovely place to stay with plenty of amenities.
Excellent Hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Maria and her team work hard to make you feel comfortable. I doubt if they could do more. Short walk to beach and short bus ride to town. Bus stops about three minute walk away. The cleanliness of this place has to be seen to be believed. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day and bedding changed very frequently. The shower is best we have ever used. The communal areas/pool etc spotless. Owners also own a vineyard and the wine produced is very palatable. Local village on beach provides plenty of good places to eat and there are ice cream parlours and cafes as well.

Luxurious new hotel near the beach
This hotel was the best we stayed at in Greece. It is very new and only holds 18 rooms. The rooms were very luxurious. Everything was very clean and the room had a beautiful aesthetic. We had a room with a seaview and a nice patio to lay out on. The hotel had two gorgeous pools and a variety of nice chairs/loungers to sit or lay. The shower also became a steam room. No complaints about the hotel at all. 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend. Great service from the staff including welcome drinks and a bottle of wine as we left.
