Beautiful, quiet retreat
This property is a gem. Very clean and the owners are very responsive. It is nicely located away from the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira, but with a few minutes of both. The owners gave us great local tips on where to get the best sunset views and the best restaurants. They were so helpful. This is a great spot on Santorini!

Perfect Spot in Santorini
Before you blow your money on the overpriced stays to see the views, give this place a try. No matter where you are on the island, you can’t help but to see beautiful views. The important thing to consider is having a calm, cool, clean, organized place to call home for the few days. The place is equivalent to what we Americans call a townhouse. 2 bed 2 full baths 2 stories. Back porch, front porch, and lots of room to park. 10 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the port, 10 minutes from Fira/thira, 12 minutes from Oia, an easy 30-35 minute drive down to Perrissa beach. The owners here care about your comfort. They put a lot of effort into the stay: tv, Wi-Fi, full amenities, pots, pans, you name it. It’s really clean as well. Day 1 when you arrive, they’ll map out the whole island for you. Trust me. It made the planning a lot more manageable. I will totally recommend this place - Solely on the fact - - I really felt like family here. I felt like I was visiting my favorite Uncle. Lol

Cactus Hideaway Heaven
Our Hosts were amazing. Loved chatting with them. The villa was absolutely heaven! Away from the busyness of the two main cities. But very central to everything. We would go back again, no question.

Outstanding!
From the moment we arrived, Anna and Niklos were the best. The place was quiet with a lovely view of the Aegean. They also arranged a fabulous sailboat ride. Highly recommend!

Cactus heaven
Honestly one of the best vrbo experiences we’ve had the hosts are amazing and super knowledgeable, LOVED the fact that we were far from the chaos but super close to everything the hosts know what they’re doing and made us feel super welcomed the villa is perfect and had everything you need. Our favorite part was the relaxing bed seating in the back of the villa, especially late at night enjoying the breeze. Will definitely come back to this hidden gem whenever we’re back in santorini. Thank you Anna and nikos!

I really liked the ample parking and the view and the hosts were nice but the ad is deceiving. It's definitely not a separate villa. it's an appartment in a fourplex with no privacy. I was up two out of four nights listenning to kids running up and down and slamming doors

Great place in a quiet area
This is a great little house that keeps you away from the hub of all that is Santorini. You can easily get to Oia or Fira in under 15 minutes, yet you have access to the whole island in 20 minutes- without the traffic. The hosts were awesome and gave us great recommendations. The house was very nicely equipped and you couldn't ask for a more serene vacation!

A wonderful place to stay
We loved this house. It was very central yet remote and quiet, away from the hustle around the bigger towns. The house is beautiful and clean. The owner was incredibly helpful when we arrived by showing us her favorite places to visit on the island. Her recommendation of the vegan restaurant on the northern tip was exquisite. I watched the sunrise from the front deck. Fantastic place!

Beautiful property and kind hosts
My family and I stayed in Anna and Nikos' property. It was absolutely lovely and spacious. It was a quiet oasis in Santorini that is easily accessible to all parts of the island. Nikos and Ana were great hosts as well!

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage
Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen Haus mit großem schönen Kakteengarten. ideal für 2 Personen und abseits des Touristentrubels. Von hier aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen. Uns wurden alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Lokale zum Essen und Informationen zur Insel mitgeteilt. Wir verbrachten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück. Insgesamt gibt es vier Häuser. Nebenan wohnen die Vermieter. Anna und Nikos sind die besten Vermieter, die man sich nur wünschen kann!! Auf dem Grundstück gibt es eine umfangreiche Kakteensammlung. Ans Meer läuft man 5 Minuten. Alle Inselorte erreicht man innerhalb 30 Minuten.

Muy recomendable, tranquilidad y buena acogida
El apartamento está en un área muy tranquila, con una colina a la espalda y mirando al mar, a 7 min a pie, a mitad de camino entre Oia y Fira, dos puntos neurálgicos en cuanto a servicios y atractivo (o sea, aglomeración) turística. Las playas, viniendo de España, no son un atractivo de entrada, hasta que te acostumbras a la arena gruesa y negra, o bien piedras, y no te desanimas por los días de viento que erizan el mar, y encuentras las que te satisfacen (en nuestro caso, una más salvaje ha sido Red Beach y sobretodo una pequeña a su derecha que hay que descubrir a pie, y Perissa, con excelentes servicios de hamacas y parasoles, que son gratuitos si te regalas unas frescas ensaladas con zumos de frutas deliciosos, o unos arroces con marisco, por un precio muy atractivo viniendo de España. Aguas cristalinas. Volviendo al tema de este apartamento, sus casas colindantes, todas del mismo estilo griego de las islas, están a unos cientos de metros, o sea que la tranquilidad está asegurada. Anna y Niko, sus propietarios, son una muy agradable pareja de mediana edad, que viven en uno de los cuatro apartamentos ubicados en dos casas adosadas, muy bien aisladas acústicamente. Han sido muy atentos y ayudadores, a la par que respetuosos y discretos. El estado del apartamento era excelente, al igual que la limpieza, el agua caliente y, muy importante, el aire acondicionado en cada piso. El apartamento es muy luminoso, con vistas a tres vientos, ventanas que aíslan bien térmicamente y porticones que garantizan total oscuridad. A destacar lo bien cuidado que Niko tiene el jardín, con árboles frutales de la isla (higueras, granado,..) y vegetación de cactus variados con piedra volcánica, más el mobiliario de exterior para disfrutarlo. El mobiliario interior es correcto y funcional (IKEA), bien mantenido, y la decoración sencilla y agradable para muchos estilos de usuarios. Además, la casa dispone, a vuestra llegada, de todos esos pequeños detalles que se agradecen en estancias cortas: aceite, sal y azúcar, jabón de manos, ducha, vajillas y ropa, té y café, etc, Os recomiendo que pidáis específicamente las características del apartamento que vais a alquilar, e incluso el nombre, pues son distintos y así iréis sobre seguros que a última hora no haya un cambio imprevisto y no tengáis lo que precisáis - distribución de camas, lavadora o no, ... Si os decidís, disfrutad las memorables puestas de sol al lado oeste de la isla, a 10 min en coche !!
