Great for a yoga retreat, maybe not a couple !
This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. It seems to cater to large American groups that are there either for weddings or especially for yoga. This means that it is much louder in the dining areas than normal because of large group tables. It also feels overwhelming to be with groups if you are just a couple.

A beautiful setting. Friendly staff. Fantastic food. Exquisite spa. All of the things you would expect at a luxury hotel, and even more. We experienced such warm, friendly greetings every day, with all of the staff eager to assist us in any way. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel . You will not be disappointed.

The most luxurious place in Amorgos.
This place is definitely the most luxurious in Amorgos so if you like your creature comforts, this is the place to be. Beds are really comfortable which is always a bonus. The place did have a bit of an 80’s feel but we enjoyed it nonetheless.

The room we stayed at did not live up to the expected quality or the price. The bathroom was old, and the toilet seat broken. It seemed as if the pictures on their webpage was taken from other and newer rooms. Pretending to be a five star property is not right and really impacted our vacation. This hotel is far away of been a five star hotel. Knowing what you pay for stating in good places in Greece, getting this for 270 euros per night was a rip off. I would never recommend this place.

nice hotel for getting away from it all to relax
good value for money as very nice hotel has very good amenities and nice pool overlooking ocean. could easily spend multiple days here just hanging at the wonderful pool or otherwise relaxing for a few days. hotel staff was extremely personable and helpful. hotel a 10 minute or so walk to beach and a bit further to town/restaurants and bus access. hotel above the town so very little noise from nearby small town.probably nicest hotel i stayed in during 3 week trip to greek islands.

Fabulous. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, polite and perceptive of your needs. We have stayed on 3 islands in the area for our holiday and it was by far the best place. Amorgos is just gorgeous too

Close to the beaches
We had a nice stay.....Nice balcony with amazing vew...Very good service and food at there restaurant.....Nice swimming pool with salty water....Nice sheets and towels....Easy to walk to the village...Easy to rent a car for a day...Peacefull island....We didn t have time to go to the spa for massages....but we saw the facilities and it looks very nice....

Our stay at Aegialis Hotel & Spa was everything we wanted it to be. The hotel was quiet, the service was excellent, the pool was clean and big, the food was good and the view was breathtaking. The spa had excellent facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the port, but this is a good way to build up an appetite for dinner! Cab rides are very inexpensive so that is also an option. The hotel is also easy walking distance of 2 beautiful beaches. Improvements which could be made at the hotel include: updating the shower facilities in rooms and ensuring consistent hot water, more comfortable mattresses, lowering the volume of music by the pool (or turning it off altogether!!) and adjusting prices in restaurant and spa to reflect the local economy (these seemed a little expensive in comparison with local restaurants). Otherwise our stay was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it as a destination for a couple looking for a week of ultimate relaxation.

Loved our stay!
This is one of the hotels we stayed at during our honeymoon and it was definitely our favorite. The staff is so incredibly friendly. Our room was amazing - we had this huge private deck/patio off our room that overlooked the sea. I could not believe how great it was for the price we paid for our room! It was a steal! Another great thing was the food at both of the restaurants - the best meals we had on our trip. I did not get any spa treatments but I used the gym and swam in both pools along with using the steam room and sauna. All were awesome. I actually preferred the indoor pool - it was just really relaxing. The room was very clean. The one thing that wasn't absolutely perfect was the wi-fi. We had to go out on our balcony to use the wi-fi; it mostly didn't work in the room. This really didn't bother us in the grand scheme of things - but if there was one area they could improve it would be their wi-fi. One thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is not directly in Aegiali; it's about a 10 or 15-minute walk from town. We preferred this as it was quiet and calm while still being close enough to everything. There are two beaches near the hotel - the one near the port of Aegiali and another one. Both were great and easy to get to. Amorgos in general is so beautiful and was our favorite island to visit. I can't recommend this hotel or the island enough!

The hotel was a nice experience, it's a good value for money and reflected the price we paid. The service was helpful, and the lady owner/manager made an effort to speak to us during our stay which was nice. Pool area and service there is a highlight, but overall the dinner and breakfast was no better than reasonable. It's functional food. Wireless access was very slow if you could connect, but at least was free. Location-wise the hotel over looks the beach as has a wonderful view, we walked into the town which looks much further than it is (15mins), the town has little to do so would be best suited to families who enjoy the beach or couples who wants R&R. We didn't use the spa due to time but it looked well equipped.

Hotel is frequently overbooked. Customers sent against their will to a noisy and ugly annex 1km away when main hotel overbooked. Manager uses deceptive practices to rip off customers. Bathroom in bad condition.

Une adresse exceptionnelle et un vrai établissement de luxe. Qualité de service et des équipements, accueil, vue sur la baie depuis la chambre en particulier, transferts gratuits vers la plage, restauration... Seul le check in est un peu long du fait de l'utilisation de tablettes

Our stay was starter in the worst way possible. Once arrived the room assigned was dirty and different from the one reserved. It was really hard to make them understand that the pictures reported on the website were completely different from the reality! So they Tried to change the room and once there the air conditioner definitively stopped to go!! The day after they fixed a new one air conditioner but we asked for a real superior room and finally we moved to a better room a little bit more comfortable but still far away from a 5 star hotel!! All the Concierge made a great effort to try to solve our situation. However the Hotel needs a deep restyling and they have to Made new all the rooms!! The bathroom in particular and also the beds and the Windows everything. The breakfast is really various but it was rare to find something really fresh everyday (bread and yoghurt included!!). The stunning view and the beatiful swimming pool are not enough to deserve 5 stars!!

Probablement le plus beau resort à Amorgos!
Bel hôtel récent avec personnel accueillant, spécialement John, le concierge, qui est très dévoué envers sa clientèle. Déjeuners copieux et excellent café! Piscine d’eau salée… on y flotte sans nager! Plus difficile de se faire servir au bord de la piscine. Bon restaurant sur place. Très grande chambre confortable avec grand balcon double et bain tourbillon (suite nuptiale junior). On a adoré!

Struttura bellissima, panorama stupendo dalla camera. Tramonti dalla terrazza con tavolino indimenticabili, peccato solo quei cantieri di fronte... Ottima colazione con vista panoramica sulla baia, personale sempre disponibile. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, troppo morbido il materasso di quello aggiuntivo. È a un estremo dell'isola, ma in 40' di auto si arriva praticamente ovunque. Ottimi i consigli che ci hanno dato alla reception sul dove cenare!

Empfehlenswert mit guter Aussicht
Sehr schönes Hotel in erhöhter Lage, was einen schönen Ausblick ermöglicht. Möchte man in den Ort muss man allerdings mit Auto fahren oder an einer Straße gehen, was vor allem bei Dunkelheit gefährlich sein kann. Inklusive ist dann aber das Fitnesstraining. Wir hatten ein gutes Zimmer, eher etwas klein mit sehr großem Balkon. Das war aber die Ausnahme. Viele Balkone sind kleiner. Schöne Poolanlage und ein gutes gastronomisches Angebot im Haus. Frühstück gut, gegen eine kleine Pauschale gab es dies auch im Zimmer. Es wird viel Yoga im Haus gemacht. Ausflugstipps waren zu erhalten, dafür ist ein spezieller Concierge angestellt, welcher sehr nett ist. Abends öfter Musik im Restaurant.

Très belle vue
Très belle vue sur la mer et la ville d'Aegialis depuis les chambres et la piscine. Nous avons pu profiter du SPA et de la salle de sport, sur réservation. Les plages sont facilement accessibles à pied, notamment la petite plage de Levrossos, ainsi que des chemins de randonnées proches de l'hôtel.

Excellent hôtel, accueil chaleureux et efficace de toute l’équipe. Chambre bien équipée, vue magnifique sur la ville et le port, coucher de soleil en prime. A savoir, l’hôtel est à 10/15min d’Aegiali à pieds. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Seul petit bémol s’il devait y en avoir un, les prix du restaurant comparé aux prix des restaurants dans le centre ville. Un merci spécial à Fay, grâce à qui nous avons pu récupérer notre bagage.

Très belle vue pour prix exorbitant....
Certe la vue est magnifique,le lit est confortable c est la dessus qu ils se basent pour les 5 étoiles?chambre et salle de bain un peu desuete avec ecrou apparent...oreiller tout plucheux,tous les jours ménage fait pendant le petit déjeuner,du coup il fallait attendre 15 minutes pour rentrer dans la chambre et tout ressalir car le sol était mouille!ambiance un peu"j'me la pète!"et pour finir ils voulaient nous facturer 30 euros pour 2 cocktails piscine ou l'on a jamais mis les pieds!!! Hotel fait pour les gens qui ne sont pas veritablement amoureux de la grece on peut trouver un hotel bien plus humain à amorgos

Un hotel non può avere solo un bel panorama
la nostra camera era molto vecchia e aveva un forte odore di umidità, ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi hanno proposto la suite presidenziale per la modica cifra per l’upgrade di 700 euro. Ho chiesto di parlare con il manager, che credo essere anche il proprietario ma non si e’ presentato Dopo aver insistito moltissimo...il giorno dopo mi e’ stata cambiata.

Riktigt bra hotel på Amorgos
Ett riktigt bra hotel. Utmärkt frukost medans övriga måltider var bra men inte riktigt vad man kan förvänta sig fr ett 5 stjärniga hotel. Bra rum med bra sängar och övriga faciliteter. Storslagen utsikt fr rum och restaurang. Bra vandringsleder runt hörnet.
